Q: How do I find my size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, hip, and length measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as fits vary between styles (e.g. our leggings use UK sizing 4–12, while tops use S–2XL).
Q: Do your clothes run true to size?
A: Generally yes. Our performance pieces have a close, athletic fit by design — if you prefer more room, size up. Check the individual product description for fit notes (e.g. bodycon, skinny, regular).
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location — you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at ironvaultgymclothing@gmail.com.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re sorry to hear that. Contact us at ironvaultgymclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll sort it out straight away.
Product Care
Q: How should I wash my Iron Vault gear?
A: Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. No bleach, tumble dry low, and iron at low temperature avoiding any printed areas. Do not dry clean. Following these instructions will keep your kit in top condition for longer.
Q: Will colours fade over time?
A: Minor batch differences can occur during production due to variations in fabric and dye — this is normal in apparel manufacturing. Washing at low temperatures and avoiding bleach will help maintain colour vibrancy.
